Default Webb strap, italian made ?

Hello, i just found this strap with a red army ww2 webb strap and a german leather one. Looks to be the same patent as gasmask boxes straps. But the buckle looks italian, notice the sewned tip. Thank you for your help.

Might be italian, but might be as well romanian. IMO looks to be romanian. Italian have usualy other style webbing.
