Default German Pioneer Assault Pack

Hello,

This engineer assault pack has no eyelets for the closure straps and uses friction buckles. Based on the hardware and this feature, I'd say this is a later version made by a well-known engineer pouch manufacturer.

Of course, I found this after I got rid of my side pouches. If anyone sees any problems with it, please let me know - thanks.

s/f Robert

On the 2nd picture the british webbing can be seen, so i knew it was a Litzmannstadt production....

I also have a Litzmanstadt, but with normale closure straps

All the pictures of the bag can be seen here : http://mp44.nl/equipment/pioneer_bags.htm

Thanks Tom; that's pretty cool that mine has captured UK material recycled into Wehrmacht production. Thanks for jumping in on the straps.
