Default Unknown Moulds or Dies, Luftwaffe???

Hey Guys,

I`m not sure if this is the right section to post this, but none the less, I thought I`d put it here anyway.
I`ve come across these two Alumimium moulds or dies, or at least what I think is dies??
Can anybody tell me what they are or if anyone has ever come across anything like this or similar?
They are 2 blocks of aluminium and are 10cm long, 3cm wide and 1cm thick.
As you can see from the pics, the one has a Luft eagle and the date 1943, and the other is a Swastica and the date 1944.
On the reverse is the maker of Lindner and Maak, Dresden. This maker is on both.
They definately look like dies of some sort, because one can also see some presseure marks of injection moulding or something similar which one can also see on the pics.
Would be great if someone here recognised these and could tell me what they were used for?
Any help would be great Man ythanks in advance.

I'd have to agree for paper or cardboard embossing..If they were molds the images would be reversed..

They could be test strikes for one half of a die set.

After several years in storage, I came across these two aluminium blocks again in one of my boxes and thought I'd resurect this thread in the hope that someone else might spot it and recognise what these two aluminium blocks could've been used for??
There was previously no concrete answer on my original question, so here's hoping!!
