Default Cased Deumer D2 para badge for review.

Hi guys,

managed to add this excellent badge to my collection.
A Deumer second pattern para badge in the typical case
for this manufacturer. Badge is in excellent condition with almost
all finish remaining. Inside the upper lid you can see a name, Herbert Hüneke.
This is very faint and hard to see in hand but on pic it becomes more clear.
The back of the badge also has an 'H' engraved. Seems logic as both letters of first and last name are the same. These engravings always makes me wonder about the soldier, i'm always very curious what happened to him.
I already applied for a file of the soldier in the wehrmacht database 'Deutsche Dienststelle' It can take a long time but i'm looking forward to a possible result.
Looking forward hearing your opinion about this set.
Early Deumer flight badges are always a treat for the eye. Just top notch in every way.

NS

Wonderful in all aspects!!!

Congrats on a stunning combo. IMO, Deumer makes one of the best designed badges.
