Default Unknown German leather pouch 1

Hi,

i have two unknown German leather pouches that seemed to be from WW2.
I don't know nothing on WW1 and WW2 German pounches, so i would be interested to know for what use they were made, and what are their value as i want to propose them for sale.
Both are post-war marked to "Cyprien Saurel" of Douai (France, maybe the shooting range located here).

The first leather pouch presented below is 20x 14 x 6 cm.

I was unable to find any marking. There is a small "pen" Pocket in the pouch.
The interior seemed to be soiled.
Could it be a medical one ?

Thanks in advance for your help...

See You

Vince

fernmelde bag, for the Vermittlungskästchen. The interior is taken out regrettably.

No doubt they reused an older leather pouch to make this one. I have seen other period items reusing older pouches. I don't know if it would have been done at lower unit level or perhaps in a larger army facility.
