Hello
I'm thinking of an industrial or navy phone : there is a 24 volts SPG indication
Bunker phones are a 3 volt local battery

Hello,
To have a gun platform, a ammo room and a machine room, it is either from a KM ship or a KM coastal battery.
Cheers

The same phone (with the same serial-number) was eariler discussed on a other norwegian militaria discussion group. This phone originates from one of the Sonderbau 169 casemate bunkers at MKB 6./502 "Vara" (today a museum, http://www.vestagdermuseet.no/kanonm...?c_id=9).After the decommissioning as a military site during the 90's the phones was transfered to the local storage at the museum. Sadly most of the phones disappeared from the storage of unknown reasons.
This special phone should therefore be returned to the museum.
There were a suggestion from the museum's volunteeer team to buy back the phone, but the first thread in the norwegian discussion group was deleted without any specific reason.

I have not been able to find any documentation on this type, but I have no doubt it is WW2 military vintage. As others have said, it could be ship or bunker related, I tend more towards bunker use because of the legends of he different stations. It seems to be configured for a bunker with a single gun platform, munitions room, alarm room etc. The use of "Geschutzplatform" rather than "-turm" or "-raum" leads me to suspect that the gun was placed on an open platform, which was common practice in the early stages of the "Atlantikwall". The unit does strike me as a Kriegsmarine type, so use in a Kriegsmarine onshore battery seems most likely.
regards,
Funksammler

Thanks for your input Funksammler.
I have also tryed to find info about this model without luck.
The info from the seller is that it was taken from a
Schwehr Gesch. Bunker in Kristiansand Norway
after the war,so we are probaly talking about Coastal Artillery
(okay I know storys can be made up)but I believe in this,as you
can see,its in a great condition, and I'm sure that it would still
be working.

A good Norwegian friend send me this link, interesting about the batteries:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kristi..._Cannon_Museum
Here are some of the text:
For a few years after the war, Møvik fort was an operating Norwegian fortress. In 1953 it became part of Kristiansand fortress. On April 20, 1959 the fort was closed and two of the guns and the foundations of the fourth were scrapped.[3][4]
