Default ID plate Kurzwellensender

I found this ID plate in a box I hadn't opened in many years, I got it many years ago from a friend who said he had taken it off a 'box' of some kind, convinced it was a wartime box... yeah I know...
Does anyone know what sort of equipment this comes from and if indeed WW2?
I did a google and forum search but came up with nothing relevant.
Thanks for your help!
Martin

I don't think it is WW2, first of all it does not look like a type plate as used during the war and secondly the Germans did not have a 700 W shortwave transmitter (Telefunken had a 700 W ship transmitter in 1930 called the 300S, but that is about it). The type number also does not make much sense. I suspect it is from something postwar.

There was postwar RFT 800W shortwave transmitter, but i don't know it's "Typ".

However i don't know any german ww2 or pre-war transmitter with that designation. 800W short wave transmitter is quite a beast anyway, can't missed.
