Does someone have a spare bunker telephone for sale?
Or does someone know where there is one for sale or where to look? Thanks
Also looking for other bunker parts (ventilation system, beds,...)

Wow some great items!!

I noticed Matts comment re "Is it possible to make them work on a modern phone system" to which I can only say I don't know.

My "Amtsanschliesser" (Bakelite desk telephone) & FF33 (once introduced to the line) seem to work well via a device called "Dialgizmo". Its a pulse to tone converter. I can ring cell phones & land lines from my desk phone through it.

The device can be seen here: http://www.dialgizmo.com/index.html

Hope this helps.

Best,.>Rob

I had a question on this particular bunker telephone from Norway in the post below.

Most of the bunker telephones that I've seen in pictures have a "large bell" on top. This particular one has a smaller bell on top.

Is this one just a variation with the smaller bell?

Or is the "larger bell" just a bell cover?

I was just curious on what the answer was.

Regards,

Ben

The cover of the bell was dropped on late models, to rationalize production.

I do only have one, but that one is made for connection to CB or LB telephone systems, In CB mode: working after as CB signalling LB talking, so you will need a 4.5 V battery for the transmitter (microphone).

Th UK phone system with master and slave socket will be difficult to adopt, but it may work if you forget to care about the separate ringer wire.

A little job to find schematics, and show how to connect.
