Default Making grips for SA/SS daggers

Most of my daggers are beaters and in need of some sort of restoration. I purchased various replacement wooden grips from several of the Eastern European dealers and also purchased several used original grips. Not usually satisfied with what I got, I decided to make my own.
First I had to make the machine to do so.

First attempt at inlaying the eagle into ebony. Should look better after waxing it in!

Please note that the fittings have not been fitted to handle yet.....just there for effects.
