The combination of that two eagles makes totally no sense and wasn't worn by any unit.

The parts might be good, however, and worth quite some cash. Isn't there a special forum for helmets on WAF? There you could probably find more experts than here, in the ODM corner.

PS: Just noticed it was indeed moved to the headgear corner... now, come on guys!

The purveyor of this disaster probably wants someone to believe that this is a Garde du Corps helmet, given the GDC & Garde Kurassier eagle, but, as stated, the helmet plate is incorrect. The GDC wore a Garde star on their helmets, not a line eagle such as mounted here.
Hard to say from the photos if the helmet itself is OK, but I would entertain doubts.

Default garde du corps

This is not such a disaster. It's a pre 1867 helmet probably a 6th Kuirassier with a misplaced GdC or GK eagle on top. I would buy this in a minute if it were sale and the price was right.

Need better pics also of interior. Could be a wrongly assembled piece from the bond drives in the US. If parts are original - first impression not bad - quite valuable.
