Nice, used in good condition IMO. Is it chalk they have to enhance the numbers?

Dfh. a with 3 screws is not known to me,
I have seen the Germans Dfh only with 4 screws at the earcups.

Here are pictures of my double headphones

whtrooper,

Can you open the headphones capsule and show us the detailed close
up image of the inner spools and markings?

Interesting,
Probably a predecessor model of the Dfh. a (with 4 screws) as we know it.
Thanks for the new pictures

Greetings Albert

Thanks for the pictures.
Internal seems to be completely original, just what to expect.
What confuses me is the outside - they look so new, as almost never used.
Paint looks so shiny, metal spring also looks so new and shiny, just
as we are back in 1940. Yet there are some marks visible that shows
some harsh handling. This puzzles me. When in war, you just don't wash
you hands every time before you touch your headphones.

Can't say from the pictures are they carefully restored/overpainted
or they have kept in very good storage after light use.

Hi,
would it be possible for you to open one of the connectors to have a view on the strain relief how it is made?
Of Course only if it is clear that nothing will brake.
Just repairing one and I still have to add the connector and this Detail would be very interesting for me.

Regards

Friedrich
