It says:

"Vermisst seit
22.12.42 bei
Stalingrad
Berchtesgaden 1942.

Zum ewigen und
stets neuen Andenken
an meinen lieben und
unvergeßlichen Bruder
"

Meaning:

"Missing since
22 Dec. 42 near
Stalingrad
Berchtesgaden 1942
In eternal and
ever-new memory
of my dear and
unforgettable brother.
"

Hans could be the short form for Johann or also Johannes

This should be the man:

Nachname: Igel
Vorname: Johann Georg
Dienstgrad: Oberleutnant
Geburtsdatum: 20.08.1922
Geburtsort: Bamberg
Todes-/Vermisstendatum: 13.09.1944
Todes-/Vermisstenort: Parve

I will start with the German text:
left:
Dir, mein lieber Hans, zur bleibenden Erinnerung an unsere treue Kameradschaft in Frankenstein, Potsdam und Putlos, von Deinem Freund Ossy

right:
Worte kann man rauben, Liebe kann keiner rauben.
Zur steten Erinnerung an Deinen Panzersoldaten Willi Bunte.

Gerdan
And I will do the rest :

My dear Hans, in remembrance of our loyal companionship in Frankenstein, Potsdam and Putlos , by your friend Ossy

right :

You can´t steal word , you can´t steal love .
In remembrance of your panzer /tank soldier Willi Bunte

cheers joe
