Default Standard bearer of Fallschirm Infanterie Bataillon ?

Hey friends ...

I recently got this nice pic from a FIB group which shows officers and NCO of FIB at the autumn manouver at Borkum 1938...

In the middle its clearly the FIB (former FIK) NCO Fritz Räbiger

The second officer from the right is Walther Pagels i think ...

Now my question: The NCO at far left has something on the right arm. Is that the standard bearer patch?

If it is so, that must be Oberfeldwebel Gonscherowski ...

What do you think?

Regards
