Default sword tang translation

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell what this makers name is. I picked up a Wakizashi with leather combat cover from a friend. It appears older than WW2 by the tang condition, But I am a sword novice. At this point, I am curious who the maker is. Thanks for any help!
