Default WW2 Paratroopers

Would collectors provide images of original WW2 USSR paratroopers helmets and para insignia please.

Also are there variations, how to recognise fakes, and some advice on the rarity and values please?...

Thank you, Keith

Default WW2 Russian Pilot Gear

Hello, I collect WW2 period Russian/Soviet pilot/flight helmets and flight suits. I noticed that WW2 Russian paratroopers wore the same uniforms and insignia as Russian pilots. Below is a photo of a Russian paratrooper, wearing an airforce flight helmet goggles and flight suit with a paratrooper badge. And below is a photo of the exact flight helmet and goggles from my collection. Sorry, I don't know anything about the paratrooper badges.

i think they're "jump" badges, given for successfully completing a certain number of parachute jumps. Same design is used post war, so I don't know if there is a way to tell "wartime" ones, if that's what you're after..?

This badge is called "Sportmen" introduced in 1936 until 1949 for a minimum of 5 jumps (max 20)
