You can clearly see the wheel behind the rightmost funker, the same funker is receiving message and writing it down. Seems like Reichswehr receiver on the horse drawn carriage, probably from the middle of '20-s.

Here's something similar.

It looks like a Leichte Bespannte Feldstation 0.5 kW of WW1 vintage. There were several version of these, they used a 17 meter Kurbelmast, which is just visible in the background of the picture. The photograph was probably taken in the early 1920's...

It looks like this may actually be a E226 receiver station from 1928. Compare to this picture:

 photo 16_zpsq1mdroj4.jpg

The transmitter on the right hand side is missing and the The "Betriebsverstärker" (operational amplifier) which is normally mounted inside the left door can clearly be recognised on the right hand side.

So the photograph is probably taken a bit later than I first mentioned, probably 1928-1930.

regards,

Funksammler

Zwischenstecker (or Parallelschaltgerät) in use. Pretty rare on photos.

Default FF33 use in Spanish Civil war

Photograph from "Archivo fotográfico de la Fundación Telefónica"

It shows a FF33 field phone employed by the "Nacional" army during Spanish Civil War (1936-39). It was part of the German aid to the rebel forces against the communist government of "Frente Popular"

Image dated on 1938, april 1
