Default Ss ef66 m42

Pulled the trigger on this one. Liner looks like it saw a lot use with a nice sweat stain Short end of chinstrap broke. Overall, a used, but not abused example. Think Ill keep it in my collection for a while.

Love it....just love the crooked decal. IMO this helmet was complete May or June 1943.

Found out it was brought back by Alvis Z Owen, a tank commander in the Army with the 2nd armored division.

A classic and I own similar.... the EF decal is unique and sets it apart from other SS M42’s. Congrats!
