? The collar insignia is worn in the correct configuration on this jacket. It may very well be humped up, i couldnt say without having it in hand. But its not a "hump job" for that reason.

Yup, it's a hump job. The size of the jacket did it for me, then the name tape. I have never seen an embroidered name tape on white except on food service guys. Back in the day, I believe they were printed.
