Default Is this a WH item?

Found this pouch on a local flea market. Is this a army/WH pouch. It’s mainly made out of artificial leather, but there are no markings on the pouch. Inside lay a tool and a piece of cable. The tool is marked gqk. Anybody an idea?

I think I can see a still dangerous detonator there if I am not mistaken.

I am just going to bed here so cant fish for reference material. The cable itself and the bakelite parts are safe. The aluminum piece fitted onto the bakelite is a detonator though if I am not mistaken. Not very dangerous, but not something you want to blow in your hand. Get someone with better knowleadge then me to tell you how to remove it safely.
