Maybe contact the guys at armortek, they made a model based on the real thing: http://www.armortek.co.uk/elefant-tank/

There are some on Ebay Germany at the moment, search under SdkFz. I have a few in my collection, they are different lengths and diameters. I do not know which panzers they come from, but was told one or two are StuG III.

Hi Philip,

if you can wait until the end of the month, I will measure them at Bovvy. They were present on other panzers, but came in different sizes.

Cheers,

Ian

If they are the same as other vehicles, message the stug D resetoration project on facebook. He had a lot of new ones made for that project.

There are a couple of conical headed bolts on the earlier StuGs to the left of the commander's hatch, holding his periscope inside. But they're much smaller than the ones on an Elefant by the look of it.
