Default 45 dated field gear

Hi Nickwall,
I'll happily crawl over broken glass up to the Northeast to relieve you of your 45 dated Kokosnuss!
I checked out my gasmask cannister (will photo when the sun next decides to appear) and mine is the other way round to yours. The spare lens lid is 44 and the spring clip is 45!
Those Y-straps on E-stand will go nicely with the "RME 45" G43 pouches!
Fascinating pieces appearing out of the woodwork.
Gran Sasso - does your "fuq 45" MG42 gunner's pouch have any fittings inside?
Good hunting,
Grossfuss

Default Stamped Steel Oiler - Late War -

Although this late war oiler is not stamped 1945......I am almost 100% certain that it was probably manufactured in 1945.

Another 1945 bandage, similar to that previously shown but from a different manufacturer.

Default 45 dated field gear

Hello again,
I forgot to take a pic of my 45-dated (but empty) MG42 gunner's pouch but here are a couple of shots of the dates on my gasmask cannister - "frn 45" on the spring clip and 44 and a maker's mark on the spare lens lid (the type of lens box with the thin metal strip across as depicted earlier).
I can't make out the maker's code on the box lid but there's a cannister for sale on e-stand with a similar mark on the spare lens lid but clearer.
Good hunting,
Grossfuss

Hello again,
To finish off - my 1945 empty MG42 gunner's pouch.
I thought the maker's mark was "erf" but as that's the BMW motor works I think it unlikely.
The other candidate is "enf" but that's also a bit of an oddball for a pouch - Manousek & Co. R - Metallwarenfabrik & Giesserei (casting works?) - Bruenn-Hussowitz (Brno?) - Hussowitzergasse 33.
I imagine the 1944 stamp inside was on the sheet of Presstoff before it was cut up and made into the pouch.
Good hunting,
Grossfuss
