Default What is this?

Anyone know what this strap is? It is being sold as a ww2 kHeckler Koch rifle strap, but I seriously dobt that. What is it and what era, if anyone know? J

I was actually playing the Koevoet song yesterday on my mandolin, maybe i need a G3 strap for my mandolin

Great German design developed in Spain by Cetme. I still have some original cetme ammo in my collection.
