Made in India in 1944.

Indian Pattern No 1 Mk II*. Fits the SMLE rifle.

I think the maker NWR is North West Railways.

The scabbard is possibly a cut down Patt 1907, although they may also have been newly made.

The frog is standard issue British WW1 type.

IMA were selling these for 75 USD without the frog.

The frog is an Pattern 1914 and is quite collectable as it looks to be in good condition. I haven't been able to find a value - it might be worth searching eBay.
