Todd, looks like a nice early stamped wreath, no '9'' flaw but on my computer it looks like a black/dk blue backing for Panzer or Kriegs, none the less, a gorgeous mint example...well done..

Hi Floyd. Yes, the backing cloth came out appearing a little darker in the photos than in hand. Here it is laying on a Fliegerbluse to show it's "Luftwaffe-ness".

Here is what you do to find out the real color. You increase the brightness and the real color will show. If that would be black, black would show. If it would be Kriegsmarine (I guess that is what you meant with "Kriegs") blue would show up.
