" Schaarschmidt - Grottendorf Nr. 122 E - ???"

The tex is an address in Austria. The town is named Grottendorf, but there are two
towns in Austria with this name.

https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grottendorf

I found an company "Schaarschmidt in Grottendorf". You should google the name(s).

Can someone try to read this? It is back of the photo discussed on axis board.

The owner of the photo assumes that he first row reads as follows:

Herr Bareuther auf einem

which continues in my opinion with description of action (inspektionstag???) then "mit" and name?

anyone can try please, I am not owner of the photo but curious what does it means and whether it may help to identify persons on the photo ...
