These are considered wartime, and not necessarily made by S&L.
S&Ls have a completely different design. The reverse hardware setup is similar and that could lead to some confusion, but as far as I know these are still considered made by some "unknown maker".

Happy New Year Tom. Looking at the badge I am seeing weakness in the eagle and tank details, while it is possible that S&L did provide the hardware for this badge, the thickness throws me threw a tizzy. I respect your experience Tom and stand down. Yet, personally I feel that their is an unknown factor that I don't feel comfortable with involved with these badges.

Its not an S&L, earlier these were wrongly associated with Juncker, right now, the maker is unknown.
