Default Spectacular attic find: 2x matching gas masks + bino

Straight out of an attic near Lübeck. Dusty items but well preserved. Complete gas mask sets with matching numbers probably from the same unit. The binoculars are in great shape with perfect lenses.

Hello,

Great finds. Nice seeing gasmasks that are not messed with and complete.

Wonderful find -- undisturbed originals! Congratulations, and thank you for
sharing the photos!

German attics have the coolest stuff of all!

I lived in the small village of Jübek, near Schleswig... when I got to
go into my landlord's attic (ex-Luftwaffe vet), I kept a sharp eye out,
but the only thing I found was a pair of "Keulen?" (Wooden bowling-pin
shaped objects used for exercising.)

Please keep us posted on your successes!
John

Have you ever posted any photos of your collection room? I would be very interested to see all of your items in one place

I am planning a photo shoot in my Garden with all the masks and helmets. Here some pics of the masks. I know i should tidy up the room but a lot of stuff arrives every week and i definitely need more Space. Ww1 masks and most of the camo sets are missing is I still have them boxed. Helmets are sitting in a Dark Room.

Nice catch, the one black rectangular stamp on the bottom indicates the can has been reconditioned or can be seen as a "re-issue".
