War Ostfront Medal mm 3 Deumer

Good day

This may be of interest.

Apart from a little scuffing on the silver this would be hard to upgrade.

Clearly stamped with a 3 on the ring and in an envelope named Wilhelm Deumer on the back.

Hello =)

I am sorry to say, but this is a repro.
Both Medaille and pouch.

They have been around for some time.
The Medaille is not even a Deumer design, but most importantly it is cast with a thin painted silver wash.
The punze is wrong and even the ribbon is a repro.

Material, printing ect.. on the pouch are wrong also.

I am sorry, there is no nice way to say all this, I not trying to make someone look bad, just being honest, hope you get your money back.

Sindri,
You beat me to it I just grabbed some screen shots of the makers mark which is wrong,
It was the ribbon and modern silver paint and makers mark which set alarm bells.

Kind regards Chay

Thanks everyone. I won't be buying that one.

Thanks in particular to upbeek who demonstrated the differences. Obvious once you see them side by side.

Good learning. Thanks again
