Default Cloth eagle

Need some opinions on this eagle.

Believe it's a good one, need confirmation as a smock eagle.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi, Tony

Not an eagle specialist. But this one is for late war T&W pattern smock.

Although the colour is a bit off, I believe it is one of these late-war, thin-rayon, subdued eagles.

I think the color is off. I first thought it is one of those very late gray eagles, which are not encountered on FJ smocks. But it likely to be one like Steve presented.

It was certainly carefully removed.

Think you guys are spot on as far as a late model smock eagle. Didn't think to compare my late model smock eagle with this loose eagle. Steve thanks for posting your smock. I'll take a picture of mine for comparison.

Here's the comparison. Loose eagle is definitely a lighter green.
Keeper or no as an example? All opinions are welcome
