Can someone give me a quick ID on this jacket? thanks, Chris..

I think it's Soviet Merchant Marine or River Fleet.
Try it there.
Soviet for sure.

I'd vote for a soviet merchant navy, kind of machine or technical officer, not bridge one.
I think KommandirRKKA will give us a definitive opinion.

This one is civil jacket and shoulder boards are from summer jacket and not fit to this one.

Must see where I have my Box, these Boards also come with black Background, the white ones match the white Jacket.
