The size is 27 not 22 ( first digits are size ) and date is (19)41, so wartime boots but in not the best condition. Looks like leather is hard and not flexible anymore.

Thanks guys for your opinions.
Do you think I should treat the boots? maybe with a moisturizing cream?

There is a section where you might find good info about how to preserve your boots:

I do not mind treat old leather if the cause is justified. It will help to preserve it longer as well.
Do not use shoe polishes that contain silicone. I do not recommend beeswax as well.
It might leave leather greasy and sticky.
If dirty use saddle soap to clean and after nourish it with hide food and give it a good brush.

Hide food does not leave the surface of the leather sticky.

You can bring that pair back to life with no trouble.

There are two options; To restore them or leave them as they are. I would keep them in this Authentic Barnfind Condition

Default Congratulations on the find!

Congratulations on the find!
Do not rush to clean and lubricate the cream.
You can not learn and experiment with the original relics.
Put in good conditions and sometime, when you are ready, reconstruct.
