Default L/16 maker mark

I just picked up a double marked "4", "L/16" EK2. You can add L/16 to the list.

I have an L15 marked EK1

You can also add that to the list.

Sorry I cant post any pictures here, but this is the link at the other forum:

http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=48700

Also, the bottom of the box is marked 2420 (followed by a reversed N) plus the D&B in the oval.

dasboot you will notice in post "no LDO listings...the "L" in your L15 is a LDOmark..always learning the fun thing about collecting...

Thanks vonluger. I didn't see that at first.

L15 is the maker mark for the Pforzheim based manufacturer Otto Schickle.

Präsidialkanzlei number 15 was the maker mark for Friedrich Orth, Wien – Vienna.

Default Very Good

Very Good. Such lists also give us a good idea of supply necessitated by demand. Quantities needed were enormous. Of course, don't add a mint condition "333" with or without packet. It does make one wonder why prices have headed so far north on a common EK II.
