Default Corduroy Breeches

Hello,
No idea on these breeches as I've never seen any originals before to compare and couldn't find much here in a forum search to compare. Any idea what these are, military, civilian, postwar? No markings I can find but looks like they once had a tag on the rear pocket that is gone now.
Thank you,
Dale

Thank you, I didn't think about them being SA. No idea why they were ever dyed blue but it is almost all gone except for the lining.
