Default Atlantik Wall Colour pictures

Hi, just a heads ref this excellent colour album posted on the website of WAF member "Tor".

http://krigsbilder.net/coppermine/th....php?album=518

It's on this website:-

http://krigsbilder.net/coppermine/index.php

I recommend putting this website into your favourites and visiting regularly. It gets updated and is an amazing collection, covering mainly Norway, but obviously not just Norway!

Thank-you Tor!

Regards, Paul

Very cool album!

By the way, the Kriegsmarine officer next to Speer is NOT Karl Dönitz.

Cheers,

Jaime

I hope Tor will make it clear if a photo is colorized scan or a scan from an original color slide...

Just another example of why I don't post anymore... It used to be very aggrevating but now utterly pointless to complain when I see my slide scans on ebay and on websites such as the one referenced here, where ownership is claimed by someone else.

I was thinking these were colourised !

Can you confirm Which images are yours ? I have dealt with Tor previously researching Polizei groups and found him very helpful to deal with. I would be surprised if he was posting other peoples images, possibly this is a case of duplicate images being out there.

Most of the scans on pages 4 and 5 having to do with the construction of U-boat pens are from my collection. Somehow this fellow Tor acquired the scans from a publisher who I set up a business deal with years ago for which I was never paid. It was a bitter and costly lesson...

David, I know and feel very sorry that you have been severely lied by the publishers in the past. Unacceptable behavior for anyone. Tor could be a bona fide recipient but stolen images are stolen images.

These are original color slides in David's collection and "duplicate slides" are unlikely.
