Default Luftwaffe electric pen light?

Unsure if this is light gear or not, but is Fl marked. It is small light which can be used in 2 directions... out the 'tip' or out the side...it is made of bakelite, and is on a cable approx 1 meter long

a rotating slide on the side swithches the light coming out the side on/off..
