Default Pre-War Silverware Named

I have seven (7) pieces of pre-war German silverware that are named to German Officers and are dated various dates from 1890 to 1910. I'm posting two (2) pieces what the abbreviation before the name means. The forks are marked
"800" and M.T. Wetzlar. Any help would be appreciated. I may need some help on a few named individual pieces.

Sclt. is for Second-Lieutenant, a rank used in Prussian Army until 1899. Later it was Leutnant
