Default Father - Son Grouping

Hello,
I picked this up a while back from an antique dealer who said it came from an unclaimed storage unit with no provenance. I assume the items named Abbott are most likely a father who served in the WW1 era and his son who served in WW2. How the USN medal and the British National Rifle Association medallion fit in is anybody's guess.

I posted it on the USMF trying to get a collector to collector price for the group (minus the USN and NRA items) but had no responses. I don't collect US items, so I have no idea what would be a good price for all concerned, so I would appreciate any help you can offer, even if it is in a PM.

One poster on the other forum did provide the following info:

Abbott originally enlisted in 1899 as a 15 year old - I am guessing as an apprentice Field Music - His 1st Enlistment was served at the Boston Navy Yard and later he served on the USS Newark and other ships - He served at Vera Cruz and maybe 1912 in Nicaragua - In 1918 he was a QM Clerk at Quantico and transferred to the Fleet Reserve in the 1920's finally retiring in 1929. He worked for the US Postal Service and died in the early 1960's at age 77.

Sandy Alexander Sawyer appears to be no relation and died in Alabama in the late 1970's however his headstone indicates Navy service

Again, I'd appreciate some help as I have someone interested in the father-son portion of the group.
Dale

Might as well add the other items for info. I believe the NRA medallion/brooch is in the $75 range based on what I was able to find online.

Can anybody help me? I can figure out the price for most items, but not for the USMC good conduct medal. I have searched the internet for hours and found nothing to give me any idea what they go for. I was hoping that someone with more experience than me could give me an idea as i have nowhere else to go and can't even make a guess. Again, I'm not looking to make a mint, I just want a decent price for both parties so I can pass it on to someone with more interest than me.
Thank you,
Dale
