Hello nic111,

you're welcome, if you need help to understand how to freely upload pictures here is a small explaination.

After writing a message, you will find under the texting box a grey box "Manage Attachments".

Click on it, a "Manage Attachments" box will pop-up.

Then select up to 10 pictures from your computer/mobile phone, and then do not forget to click "upload" so the pictures are indeed uploaded to your message (it takes up to 10 seconds).

After that, and before clicking "Submit Reply", you will "see" the attached pictures on the "Manage Attachments" box, but also under the main texting box over the "Manage Attachments" grey box.

Be careful : if your pictures are too big (like 1 to 5 mo each), they may be impossible to upload, and you will get an error message.
You will need to downsize/resize your pictures, usually if your picture is like 1500 x 1500, it is ok, more may be a problem.

If you need help, you can ask a moderator, or you can ask me.

See You

Vince
