Helmet is awesome
Picture is awesome.
I don’t doubt you - but elaborate on how you know this is a DD?

Hi Dennis

Thank you for your serious comments. Yes , this is anauthentic SS Double decal lot#3233. It is clear to see both decals via cracksin the paint. It is also easy to pull out the copper in the Q SS runes underthe paint.

Are there any fellow collectors from France who live nearthe ocean?

Thank you

David

Wondering if its marked in anyway to the TK regiment? The early war picture of those TK soldiers I would think are wearing helmets with heavy mud applied rather than a sawdust paint mix.

I have had a few of these helmets but all of mine were Heer.
