Since the old link doesn't work anymore, maybe you could post a picture, if you kept it, by any chance.

Default Emil Maurice

I remember that GBP on Regimental's site. They had it on their "Special offerings" page and it was priced at approx £9000. It was eventually sold.

Who would be the final arbitur and last word on the authenticity of the dedications and autographs?

Sorry Bob, this is BS.
It has been proved beyond any shadow of a doubt in Othmar Plöckingers book (2006) Geschichte eines Buches: Adolf Hitlers "Mein Kampf" 1922-1945 that Emil Maurice as well as Rudolf Hess had NOTHING to do with Hitlers book at all, and that Hitler Typed the whole book himself of a Typewriter that Frau Wagner bought for him shortly after he was locked up. (Hess and Maurice did not even get to see or read any whole part, Adolf held Readings for them on a few occasions, but that is all) The book is over 600 pages, with no less than 3000 Footnotes and ALL the information coming directly from the Archives, and Nothing being quoted from previous Authors. The Author is a Professor of History, the book was printed through the Oldenburg verlag, and every single Fact in this book is just that, FACT.

The Typewriter that Adolf Hitler used to type his own book ended up in the "sammlung Rehse" in the mid 1930`s and, as did the entire collection, vanished at the end of the war. There is a black and white picture of the typewriter along with the Rehse collection on page 278 of the München Stadtmuseum Book München, Hauptstadt der Bewegung.

Sometimes i have to wonder where all these "Facts" come from. I guess, as long as the story sounds good huh?

One last thing, why would anyone remove the roundel of a GPB and then Replace it with a fake? Did Hoffmann and Maurice not work together after the war and a certain Mister K.K

I dont see much on this "outstanding" thread that is Genuine.

That would be Don Boyle IMHO. André Hüsken also seems to know his Signatures. But what is the "Final word" ? with such a controversial grouping such as this? Bob is certainly not going to even think that any part of this grouping could be Fake, and the way in which so many Top Bass responded 3 years ago, it will be hard for some to loose face and say that they were blinded and now change their opinion(s). Each to his own, i would not want to own anything i see here.

Of course, this is all just my opinion, and i mean no personal disrespect to anyone. many People got hammered long ago, just look at the millions that the STERN lost over the Hitler papers and finally the Hitler Diaries.....

I dont like the the handwritting in the books, also not the mulit signed books with the many signature of Hess,Göring and other !
Another Fact, is that there were still Original First issues of Mein Kampf found in the Bunker in 1945, Hitler was known to dedicate First Issues of his book to special people, not one like here, and certainly NOT in 1937, considering Bob is under the impression that Maurice "helped" Hitler write his book in 1923/4 .. then why did Maurice only get a dedicated book in 1937 and not like the other special friends in 1925 ? Nothing in this thread makes any sense when looked at with relation to Historical Facts.

The known Dedicated books by Hitler (see reference works like "Hitlers Private Library - Timothy Ryback and the book i mentioned two posts below) look nothing like this !

Posts 16 and 17..Bob ?? What is this all about ? signed and dated in 1937 ? Why would he even need one of these then? Did you not know that Emil was already the PRESIDENT of the Handwerksammer by 1936

And getting back to the Maurice-Typewriter BS.. well look what Wikipedia has to say about Maurice having anything to do with it.....
