I must admit i only took a quick look.....

The pattern of the webbing looks “off”, the small rings are ok, the straps are definately not ok, (replaced for sure)

So maybe it is an original frame, but it has been tampered with !!

IMHO base frame is 100% good - looks like typical frame with replaced straps. You can see THICK stitching where frame was restiched on the bottom and same on the sides by the rivets and also you can see holes after original rivets at the back of it

Yes I am 100% agree.
Base frame looks like original in all its parts with evident repairs resulting by straps replacement.
Original seams are interrupted by new seams with thicker thread at the passages of the new straps. This thread appears old and worn.
New straps are of the common type with 17 holes for equipment and have same maker and date.
I think this A frame had a very likely wartime repair.
