Nice, I did not know a cover cap existed for the ocular.
How is the optic ?

Great find! I've never had one but I have the little magnifying optic that slides on top.

Nice late war. See the fast release lever doesn't exist in this late vesion.

Hey Carles! Thank you for responding!

Do you have a book or pdf that you recommend to gain more info on this optic? I was curious what year they removed the fast release lever, and if this late war example could have been used on a Hummel...
