2nd is MM65 and the 3rd is an unmarked by Overhoff.

The case with the SWB made by Rudolf Wächtler & Lange (100) is for a Gold not a silver Wound Badge

Hans is correct matey I'm afraid ,the swb cases never had push button catches ,they just closed snugly (card to card)

Its possible originally there was a gold wound badge was in there. The vet I bought it from who is 94 now sold a bunch of stuff last year(not to me). He fortunately for me found more stuff after that and I bought this group of the last of his stuff.
