It's a nice MAAG related lighter.

Don't mean to be a jerk, but the top row and the first three on the second row, in the riker mounts, are copies that have come out of Vietnam in the last 20+ years.

No worries . . . I got those on the cheap in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City ) in the mid 1990s. I knew they were phonies. Amazing what they can sell for now!
