Hi Ron,

Nice original Aurich, for me one of the nicest detail and finish of all the Heeres flak badges. I would suggest wiping it down with a little vaseline and it would help bright out whats left of the factory applied black finish and get rid of that powdered grey look.

I agree with Tom, nice badge but please brush some vaseline on it with an old toothbrush. The appearance will improve dramatically and it will stop the dreaded zinc pest which looks like it is beginning.
