Default Moderator please help!

Hello guys and sorry for posting this here.
But i cant post it In the technical forum as Im using the tapatalk app

It seams like some of us Danish users are having trouble to connect to the waf forum at the moment and the browser keep telling is that the server cant be found.

Please help us

I use Mozilla and Explorer and it works without problems. Im 30 km away from Copenhagen...

Also here in Italy with the ipad don't work!
Are working only from the PC.
Same problem as Lassi!

Have you tried entering the IP address of the site into your browser rather than the site name? What I'm getting at is that it may be a DNS issue.

I solved it by turning my firewall off, but that is not a good solution.

It has something to do with the DNS server, thats the error I get.

As some of you have already guessed it's not a site\server issue but a DNS issue which is nothing to do with the server.

Some people have reported that rebooting their router\firewall solved it. Makes me think it could have been an incorrect DNS change occured, which then propagates to all other DNS servers, was corrected but some routers\firewalls use DNS caching which will have been flushed with a reboot.

Speculation, but as long as no one has any more issues there's no point in trying to find out the root cause.

if it happens again, either try the IP directly or use another DNS server, like google's 8.8.8.8
