Default Translation help on a seninbari

Hello everyone, I am wondering what is written on this senninbari that I ave. I can see the phrase Buun Chou Kyuu on the one side, Can anyone read the other characters that are inked on ? Thank you so much for your help.

2. The name of that soldier( I do not know how to translate Japanese name into english)
