I need info about these 3 tallies, light me please about translation too and if them are IJN period or fakes or what are???

Both of the obsolete warships were dedicated to training crews and visited many foreign ports around the world, being Ambassadors of Japan in the process. These tallies were common souvenirs given (sold?) at these arrivals. I have seen them in English when the Iwate visited Los Angeles in the 30's

Collectible, but not really the appeal and worth of a modern WWII Imperial Warship tally would have IMO
