Default Dragon Stug III Ausf F - Sd. Kfz. 142/1

Hello friends!

Here is one of my last works, this is the older the older Dragon Stug III Ausf F - Sd. Kfz. 142/1, 1/35.



Version: StuG. Abteilung 191, Eastern Front 1942. I hope you like it!

Very realistic mud around the running gear. Nice job.

I presume,being Dragon, it was a fairly complicated build?

Mike, Yes, the kit has some imperfections, but easy to arrange that I mentioned during construction here:

The annoying work of the Dragon old kits are the tracks with pin marks ( 2 marks of pin in each link); in order to resolve tis, I used my easy system removing 1 sheet with 76 tracks in less than 3 minutes.

Great work!

I haven't built a model in almost 40 years, but we never had any where each track link was separate on a 1/35th model. Always had to tie the track down a little to make the track sag between the idler wheels.

Willi, that's right, now it is sometimes more complicated because in some cases the tracks come in 3 parts, bar and guide horns separately
