Guys, need some help again, this is on a photo from 1905 In Tokyo, can someone translate it for me. Thank you VERY much

If you search his name in Japanese you'll see lots of his photographs.

Thanks Guy!!! Possibly an unpublished photo of John J. Pershing when he was posted to Tokyo in 1905 as an observer during the Russo/Japanese war
